Returning to Yourself Meditation
00:00 Welcome. I am so glad you are here. Welcome to this space for rest, release, and nourishment.
Please take a moment to settle into a comfortable position. Laying down receded. Feel free to support yourself by sitting on blankets, pillows, or a chair. Feel free to lay down somewhere, comfortable. Let your arms rest. Let the belly soften. Let the shoulders melt toward the earth, and allow your jaw to relax.
And now please take a slow, deep breath in through the nose and exhale gently through the mouth again, like that. Inhale slowly through the nose, exhale fully through the mouth.
One more time. Inhale deeply and exhale. Feel the weight of your body melting toward the earth.
Now please bring your attention into the center of your chest. Your heart center. Allow an intention to form, something you would like to receive or focus on today. You might choose, I receive rest. I allow healing. I welcome ease.
Let your intentions settle inside your breath as something already unfolding, take another slow inhale and gently exhale. The sound will begin now to support you. Allow yourself to be held by the vibration. Let the sound move through you, soften you and guide you inward.

7:24 And now please begin to deepen your breath again, inviting a slow inhale and a slow exhale.
Notice how the body feels now compared to when you arrived. No rush. Just noticing.
Please bring your intention back to mind. See how it feels now. Notice any shift in your breath, your body, your heart.
Please take another slow breath in through the nose. Exhale completely through the mouth. Gently begin to wake up the body with your next inhale wiggling your fingers, moving your toes, softly roll the shoulders or stretch the arms overhead.
Take a final slow inhale and exhale with gratitude. Thank your breath. Thank your body, thank your intention.
When you're ready, please open your eyes. You return carrying softness, strength, and whatever your intention has already begun to offer.
